Born and raised in the heart of Thakurganj, Haiber Baba experienced firsthand the struggles of the common man — poor infrastructure, limited job opportunities, and neglected public services. These experiences became the foundation of his journey in public life.

With a firm belief in grassroots leadership, he became an active voice for the voiceless, working hand-in-hand with community leaders, religious scholars, and the youth. His dedication eventually led him to join the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), a party that aligns with his values of justice, unity, and minority representation.
